Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026
The service
Duebill calculates late-payment interest and compensation on your Stripe invoices according to the settings you choose, and creates separate claim invoices in your Stripe account when you approve them (or automatically, if you switch that on).
Not legal advice
You decide whether a claim is due and whether to send it. Statutory interest applies only to debts between businesses and not where a contract sets its own substantial remedy. Check with an adviser if you are unsure. Duebill adds no VAT to claims by default; check the VAT treatment with your accountant.
Plans and billing
- Starter $19 a month (50 late invoices a month) and Pro $39 a month (200). New accounts get a 14-day trial without a card.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See the refund policy.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; scanning stops at the end of the paid period.
- If a claim we calculated was wrong because of our error, tell us: we will help you void and reissue it, and refund that month.
Your responsibilities
- Use a restricted key for a Stripe account you are allowed to manage.
- Confirm that the customers you claim from are businesses.
- Keep your settings (rate, minimum, auto-send) right for your contracts.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can disconnect Stripe or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, with notice where possible.
